Kewanee Properties manages all of the manufactured home communities in Kewanee, Illinois. The park has recently come under new management and we are working to make this the premier place to live in the city of Kewanee!

We provide a number of opportunties:

1. We have a number of park owned homes we make available for rent and we are making new units available for rent each month.

2. We provide pad rentals and can assist in the purchase and installation of new mobile homes on the property. We have dozens of available pads to choose from across our different locations in Kewanee. We can find one you like and get you moved in!

3. if you already own a manufactured home or RV, we can provide space and hook-ups for a low monthly pad rent. We make these available on a month-to-month or long term basis. Call us for more info!
