Shannon Teague When Shannon is not hiking, dreaming of owning chickens or digging in the garden, she is placing new, high quality tenants into your rentals or inspecting properties. Shannon has 24 years experience managing properties and in addition has renovated 17 homes. She began with her own 10 properties in 2000, and is now bringing her experience to others. She has managed as few as 10 to 210 at a time in the Oklahoma City area, Denver and Golden, Colorado and would love to help you find that perfect tenant for your single family house, duplex or triplex. At this time we do not manage multi units beyond three units. Shannon has a wide range of experienced maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and make-ready people she has long relationships with and they understand the level of quality and attention to detail she expects.
