Pets are allowed 2 maximum. Pet fee is $250.00 per pet. Additional monthly pet rental is $50.00 per pet. Some breeds of dogs are not acceptable.
A Pet Application/Registration Form will be required for approval for any Pet, and requires photograph, Veterinarian reference, letter from Veterinarian that the animal is updated on all vacinnes. Other rules may apply from JWRP and the Governors Crossisng HOA Handbook concerning pets.

Renters Insurance will be required in the amount of $100,000 minimum with a current certificate from Insurance Company/Additional Insured to be E2W Developers. .
