JWB Enterprises LLC has been in business since 2011, initially established in Oregon and subsequently expanded services to Arizona in 2019.

We manage single family and multi-family residential properties. We've cultivated our experiences managing our own properties, and eventually expanding into offering a full range of services to property owners and qualified tenants. Securing the highest rent and ensuring the structure/grounds are maintained in a safe and proper condition.

I moved to Oregon in 1998 and sought real estate opportunities in the Hillsboro, Portland and Tigard area to eventually build the property management business that JWB Enterprises LLC is today. My passion for affordable housing along with a consistant and fair experience for both tenants and property owners has been the key driver for the company's professionalism all these years.
