Saboin Vifquain

When Saboin is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals she spends her time fishing, camping and tending to her three sons. Saboin has 7 years experience managing properties, working with owners and tenants and tackling maintenance issues. She began with another local property management company, and recently started JS Property Specialists with her sister to bring their experience to help others and give property management that family feel.

Mishelle Wendel

Mishelle tackles the accounting, bookkeeping and reporting side of things for JS Property Specialists. Over the past 25 years, Mishelle has worked with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Denver, Co; Great West and Annuity in Englewood, Co; TeleCommunications Inc. in Denver, Co; 180 Connect Inc. in Denver, Co; and Greentree Servicing in Rapid City, SD - all in corporate accounting. When she isn't crunching the numbers, she is enjoying her time writing fiction, being close to family and enjoying her furry companions.
