Maintenance Requests

Help us keep our properties in great shape by reporting any concerns with your rental.  Tenants may submit Maintenance Requests online through the Tenant Portal, by calling the office at 252-215-0651 or texting 252-214-0873.

If you have an afterhours Maintenance Emergency, please text 252-214-0873.  We work hard to address other tenant and owner issues during our office hours, so please reserve after hours texts for Maintenance Emergencies only.  Please dial 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies.

We are easy to get ahold of and are in the office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Whether you phone us or stop by, you will always be greeted by our professional staff.  We only have a few staff members, so occasionally we may all be out of the office at the same time tending to property, tenant and owner needs.  If you try to reach us during one of these times, leave a voicemail, drop a note in our drop box next to our entrance door or send us an email and we will get in touch as quickly as possible.

Portals

Property Manager will issue LOGIN credentials.

Tenant:  Visit the Tenant Portal to submit payments or maintenance requests and view account history or shared files.  

OwnersVisit the Owner Portal to view property performance, maintenance requests, and financials.
