We’re Jeff and Heidi, we love Tucson and live here year round.  We own and manage all our own properties full time and our tenants quickly learn to appreciate our responsiveness to issues and commitment to maintaining and improving all our properties.  With reasonable rents, quality properties and rapid responses to issues you’ll find why we have fantastic tenant retention rates.  Although we don’t often have vacancies, please check out the Rentals page for any current listings.
