Our Star City locations offer a quiet, neighborhood setting for those seeking a more permanent place to rent, while our locations on Harding Avenue, University Avenue and Dille Street offer a location that is within easy walking distance to the PRT, City Bus Route, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, the WVU Football Stadium, the WVU Creative Arts Center, Coliseum, WVU Rec Center, School of Law and the entire WVU Evansdale campus. We have local employees who care about our renters and are willing to work extra hours if needed to provide our tenants with friendly, professional maintenance service.  They work full time throughout the week as well as on call for emergency situations.
