About JB Properties We are a local family, husband and wife, owned business, who strive to provide the best service to our residence. We want our residence to enjoy there time at the rentals we manage and will do everything in our power to make that happen. Johnny DeVitto (Co Founder) When John is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time with his family at the ski mountain or snowmobiling through the trails in the winter. And relaxing on the the lake he grew up on his entire life. John graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2010, at that time he met the love of his life, Brittany; they got marited in 2017. Post graduationhere he started out working for his fathers US Customs Broker firm. He then found interest in real estate, when he remodled his dream home on the lake in 2012. Since then he has recieved his real estate licence, aquired personaly 25 uints that he manages through JB Properties. He treats all his rentals like they are his own and treats all his tenants like he would treat his freinds or family that live there. |

Brittany DeVitto (Co Founder) Brittany is the mussels on the team, she is the one managing the repairs and remodles in the rentals when the time comes. When she is not running jobs, she enjoys cuddle times with her black lab Kash, abnd her new born John DeVitto III. She loves to be outdoors, whether that is padleboarding on the lake, sking tips down on the mountain, or snowmobiling right up them! She went to North Eastern University and met Johnny in the summer going into her junior year. Post college she started working part time for her families General Contractor (Construction) Business. Months later she new contruction was her passion, and started workign full time as a project manager. Now she is the COO of that company, and manages all the project managers in the company. This is why she as great at what she does in JB Properties |
