IPM was established in 2017 to provide quality property management work. We specialize in condominium homeowner association management, single family and apartment rentals. Our services include collecting rents, paying bills, maintenance, and leasing properties.  As an owner you have access to your properties financials and work orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our owner portal.  We work transparently to give you peace of mind that your property is being taken care of.
