When Candy is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals she spends time with her children and friends.  .  Candy is a Licensed Realtor in Arkansas and has 7 years experience managing properties.  

Janna Pfautz

Janna is the business end of the Property Management.  Janna's background in Office Management make her a great asset to our Property Management.  Janna and her husband Bob purchased Hot Springs Realty in 2002 but recently sold to their son, Robert.  Bob has "semiretired" but Janna remains the Office Manager.  She handles all billing and payment aspects of the Real Estate Office, using Quick Books Online.  Janna also oversees all of the financial aspects of the Rental Division; utilizing Rentec Direct software.
