The makai lanai offers access to the living area as well as the primary bedroom. There is a three piece en suite in the primary bedroom as well. Bedroom two is a corner room with two windows. Bedroom one has a smaller closet and one window. The shared second bathroom has a shower over tub and is located at the end of the hallway.

The kitchen area offers an eat in dining area. This space also has a slider and small lanai. The other side opens to the living room. The opposing sliding glass doors are perfectly oriented for mauka - makai breezes but there are also ceiling fans in each room. The fridge has French doors and a bottom freezer including an ice maker. Overall the living area is light, bright, and spacious.

Have a dog? No problem. Owner welcomes one dog. There is a large fenced yard for fido to roam and play. Sorry - no cats. Owner provides yard service and water. Solar power and led lighting helps reduce energy costs.

There is a shared laundry with washer / dryer and folding area. This is located down the interior stairwell and out to the back-side of the house. Owner and or their family and friends occasionally stay in the converted garage downstairs. There are no shared walls, ceilings or floors.
