Application Process 1. Carefully read and understand the below Qualification Standards, then 2. Drive by the property and neighborhood, then 3. Contact us to request an application. 4. Complete and submit the Hidden Hills Park RV Site Rental Application with a copy of your photo ID and recent photos of both your RV and any pets. We will then prequalify you before collecting your application fee and running your background reports.

Qualification Standards Your Application may be denied if you do not meet the following standards for qualification. At landlord’s discretion, compensating factors such as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the below requirements. Personal Information - Applicant must have current and valid photo identification, a social security number, and a valid email address. Income - Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three (3) times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Employment - Applicant must exhibit stable employment history. Rental History - Applicant must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Credit - Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Your credit score will have a direct effect on the amount of your security deposit. Background - A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 years old. Applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Banking - Applicant must have a bank account or a means to make online payments by ACH/eCheck ($1.00) or debit/credit card (3% fee).
