First Month Rent, Security Deposit, Background Check Fee Required to be paid the day of your lease signing. Heritage Community tenants are required to provide proof of utility transfers of electric, water, *some units require gas as well.

Pet Restrictions: Pit Bulldogs and Pit Mix Breeds are not permitted on any Heritage Community Property due to Town of Rogersville Restriction (Ord. #5-10-88-2, June 1988)
