LOCATION

The building and property is located in the city of River Falls and adjoins the University of Wisconsin - River Falls Campus.  We are also located on the pristine south fork of the Kinnickinnic River, which is rated as a class "A" naturally reproducing trout stream.  All fishing is strictly limited to "catch and release" fishing with only artificial baits for those students who enjoy trout fishing.  We are located on a 35 foot bluff overlooking the west side of the river and the University of Wisconsin - River Falls Campus. Not only is it a stunning view, it is a short 5 minute walk from the end of our driveway to the middle of the campus.  The entire walk runs from the end of our driveway directly onto the University of Wisconsin's constantly maintained walking paths, to your classes and the University's other athletic and activity facilities.
