STUDENT APPLICANTS - Please add your guarantor/co-signer's information by selecting "ADD OCCUPANT" on the first page of the application. The guarantor/co-signer will appear as the 2nd tenant.

The property owner considers items included in a credit report such as past due payments, accounts in collections, bankruptcies, etc when making a decision to lease the property. In addition, a criminal background report and a report of possible past evictions are obtained. Individuals who are unsure about the information included in their report may want to inquire with a credit reporting agency prior to submitting the application since the application fee cannot be refunded.
