RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

IDENTIFICATION:

A legal pictured ID is required: a valid Driver’s License or a State Issued Identification card. SS# is required.

EMPLOYMENT:

Must have been working at least 6 months on current job, or previous job for a full year. A favorable report from employer/and or supervisor is required. Current paystubs will be required.

CREDIT:

Favorable credit history is required as well as a favorable reference from current and/or previous landlord(s). 600 credit score minimum. No exceptions.

CRIMINAL AND SEX OFFENDER:

**We do not rent to felons or sex offenders.

QUALIFYING RENTAL AMOUNTS:

Your monthly income must be at least $2500 per month. Please provide current paystubs as verification of all sources of income will be requested.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS:

Georgetown Apartments adheres to all fair housing laws, but reserves the right to limit the amount of occupants to 2 persons per unit.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL LEASE IS SIGNED

STATE LAW PROHIBITS PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 FROM ENTERING INTO CONTRACTS UNLESS APPLICANT HAS BEEN EMANCIPATED (DECLARED AS AN ADULT BY COURT).

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN OR OUTSIDE OF ANY RENTAL PROPERTY.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE ANY RENTAL PROPERTY.

NO ANTENNAS OR SATELLITE DISHES ARE TO BE PLACED ON ROOF.
