Lease Terms

Application requirements: 2.5- 3x monthly rent in gross income which is verifiable. Credit score and history will be considered, but any evictions, repos, judgments from previous landlords or management companies, utility collections, or multiple bankruptcies will not be considered. Employment history and rental history will be requested (owner reserves the right to request proof of 12 months of rental transactions).
