Welcome to Your Property Management About Benjamin Gorham: Benjamin was born in Greenville, North Carolina. He was born into a family of seven children. Upon completing his high school career, Benjamin was the first person in his family to attend East Carolina University for one year. He then transferred to North Carolina Central University on a full scholarship where he earned a Degree in Business Administration and Economics. After completing his college education, Benjamin relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue to his dream of owning his own property management company. Along the way he married Linda Cannon and raised three children while working in different managerial positions with Sav-A-Lot, Wayfield, Kroger, and Target food stores. Always keeping his eye on his lifelong dream.
In 1985 Benjamin bought his first house which was the beginning of him becoming a property manager. He quickly was able to buy and manage enough properties to establish Gorham Property Management. Benjamin has been the fulltime CEO of (GPM) for over 20 years. Benjamin currently manages over 75 properties in the South/South Western area of Atlanta, Georgia.
