600, and NO EVICTIONS. If your credit score is below 580, then we need to discuss your circumstances. You may need a cosigner. If you are currently in a bankruptcy, or have a history of evictions, we will not consider you as a tenant at this time.

Keys - You must complete the application process in full, pay all fees in full and transfer all required utilities into your name. You will need to provide a confirmation number to us before you receive keys to the property.
Possession - You must take possession of the property within 10 days of signing the lease.
