This apartment has a great location about a half mile from the restaurants and grocery store at the corner of Elam and Walker. It's also a short walk to the entrance to the Greensboro Arboretum.

There is off street parking in the driveway. There is an open patio on the side as well as access to the shared back yard. We provide lawn maintenance.
