These apartments are located on the Southwest side of Manhattan, KS. It's a quick drive to Ft. Riley and the K-State campus. Our efficient, all-electric units are larger than the average 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and have been renovated with newer appliances and flooring.
Each apartment has a stove, refridgerator and dishwasher as well as a walk-out patio or balcony. Landlord pays the monthly water bill, trash service, snow removal, landscaping and pest control. The resident is only responsible for electricity and cable/internet.
Francis Ridge is a pet-friendly complex. We do allow smaller, non-aggressive dogs and domestic cats for a small monthly fee and additional cleaning deposit. Visit with us to talk about your pets!
