She began managing apartment buildings, and shortly thereafter started Forest River Realty to use her experience to help others. Karen and her team attend the Property Management Conference in Harrisonburg, VA yearly to stay up to date with the changing laws. |

Jamie Dee Green Jamie joined Forest River Realty in 2016 bringing with her experience in management. Jamie is our Property Manager working with collecting the rental payments and answering the tenants' concerns, along with the owners. Jamie enjoys attending sporting events with her family in her spare time. |
