2.25x-2.99x rent may qualify with an increased security deposit (up to 2x rent) based on overall application strength. Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, or other approved documentation.

Past due landlord balances, utility collections, judgments, or significant derogatory housing history may require an increased deposit or result in denial.
Criminal background screenings are performed on all applicants.
Rental History
Positive rental history is preferred. Prior evictions, outstanding landlord balances, or lease violations may impact approval.
Move-In Requirements
Approved applicants must pay the security deposit within 48 hours of approval and complete lease execution promptly. Move-in dates must generally occur within 12 days of approval unless otherwise approved in writing.
