Housing-related collections or open landlord judgments
Eviction filings within the past 3 years
Material misrepresentation or falsified documents
Older eviction filings may be considered depending on overall financial profile.
Security Deposit
Security deposit ranges from 1x-2x monthly rent based on income strength, credit profile, and rental history. All deposits comply with North Carolina regulations.

$60 per applicant (non-refundable).
