When Jon is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time working out, spending time with family, and home improvements. Jon has 19 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and then started using his experience to help others managing properties.  He has an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA in Marketing from Capital University.  He is a licensed real estate agent in Ohio, Indiana and South Carolina.
