Mike DeSerio - Property Manager

Mike is on the front lines, ensuring that our properties operate smoothly, maintain their appearance, and increase in value.  He supervises maintenance, tenant interaction, background checks, and rent collection.

Mike is a natural connector, driven by curiosity to explore, network, and build relationships. He is kept on his toes by his lovely wife and 3 girls. Together they enjoy going out to their local hangout for donuts and coffee (lots of coffee), making new friends and exploring WNC.
