Jim Dunn When Jim is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time running, boating, and tending to his pug Bear. Jim has 25 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started RE/MAX In Motion Property Management to bring his experience to help others. |

Suzanne Dunn Suzanne began selling property in 1987 and opened her own RE/MAX franchise in 1995. She loves helping her clients with their investments. She collects rents, pays vendors, and landlords. She believes the job of a Property Manager is to remove all tasks and problems from the owner and put it on our shoulders. When Real Estate Investments are handled correctly, they create income as well as equity. Jim and Suzanne's mission is to keep tenants long term and keep the property in top condition. |
