Travis Welch When Travis isn't fixing up rentals he spends his time playing with his four boys, running, and playing baseball. Travis grew up pounding nails with his father, Gary, and has years of experience in construction and managing properties. He began with his own properties in 2009 with his wife Stephanie. Stephanie is instrumental in daily activities for both DTRE and the family, acting as COO and Social Coordinator. They reside in La Crosse and have four boys: Mason (14), Garrett (12), Jude (10) and Elias (8). |

Gary Welch Gary Welch resides in Menomonie, WI and manages the properties there. He is a lifelong runner and enjoys sports at all levels. If you have any maintenance issues, you will see him shortly and will no doubt find a quick resolution. Gary has over 50 years of experience in construction because he started when he was 5 years old. |

Nate Lorenz Nate is entering his second year as a full time maintenance specialist for Double Tap Real Estate. He has quickly climbed the corporate ladder and now carries the title of Project Manager at DTRE. Nate brought a background of masonry to Double Tap and is proficient at plumbing, landscaping, and specializes in construction. When not answering maintenance calls for DTRE he coaches wrestling for the La Crosse High School Co-op team and recently coached a WI State Qualifier. He also enjoys hunting and fishing and taking his new dog Archie on walks with his fiance. (The picture is of Archie, because that little pup is WAY cuter than Nate!) |
