Olga Arriaga - Property Manager / Broker - Owner

When Olga is not placing new high-quality tenants into your rentals, she spends her time helping clients just like you with their real estate investment portfolios. Olga has 20 years' experience managing properties. She began with managing large tax-credit, extended stay and multi-family properties before purchasing her own properties. Her experience allowed her to become an asset to her clients, and shortly after ventured into real estate sales to assist her clients with multi-family acquisitions. She continues to provide her dedication and value when leading Dolce Vita Property Management which was opened in 2020. 

Mayra Espinoza - Property Management Accounting Manager

Mayra joined Dolce Vita Realty in 2021 bringing with her 5 years of accounting and customer service experience. Mayra's attention to detail makes her a great asset to our company. She has been a big part of our growth and her friendly attitude makes it easy to work with. Our residents love her!

Tom Brownmiller - Leasing Specialist - Property Manager 

Tom comes with 10 years' experience in managing properties. He began his real estate career in management back in the bigger market of Houston, Tx. He has since relocated to South Texas and has been a resident of McAllen for the last 8 years. Tom is well rounded and assists with marketing, leasing, repairs and accounting.

Angelina Garza - Administrative Assistant - Property Management

"Angie" entered the workforce early this year after graduating from high school. She enjoys marketing design and is responsible for our marketing campaigns for all our available properties. She is bilingual and knowledgeable of all our properties; this allows her to assist our residents with any inquiry or maintenance requests.
