Jeff Li Jeff is the founder and chairman of Dicheng. Originally from China, Jeff has visited more than 20 countries. He speaks fluent Chinese, English, and German. He moved to the Michigan at early age and obtained his bachelor’s degree at Michigan’s finest private school Kettering University. Later he studied business management at Harvard University and started investing in real estate. Now Jeff has been investing in real estate for more than 10 years with a portfolio of hundreds of properties in multiple countries. Jeff is known for his insightful judgment and accurate market prediction. Jeff is well connected in both domestically and internationally. Jeff travels frequently among Detroit, Los Angeles and New York thus he always has the most updated market news from coast to coast. |

Nicole Hou Nicole is the co-founder of Dicheng. Graduated from University of Michigan at top of her class, Nicole has worked in real estate and investment field for over 10 years. She is also professionally trained and has a Michigan real estate agent license. Nicole works with investors and developers globally from the US, Canada and China. Nicole has started several investment funds and the return rates are all beyond expectation. Nicole currently resides in Shanghai and is the responsible for Dicheng's businesses in China. |

Mike White Born and raised in Detroit, Mike knows every neighborhood in Detroit and is enthusiastic about everything of Detroit, a loyal Lions fan of course. As a property manager, Mike answers tenants' calls promptly and and works dedicatedly to make tenants happy. |

Cindy Zhang Cindy appreciates every little in life and is passionate about her job. Cindy has a bachelors degree of international business from Huazhong University of Technologies in China and a master's degree from University of Mannheim in Germany. Cindy has lived in China and Germany for decades and now she calls Michigan home. With her international background, Cindy speaks English, Chinese and Germany and is learning French and Spanish. Cindy has a working experience of 30 years and has archived many accomplishments in her professional career. Cindy is the President of HUST Michigan alumni association, Executive Director of Detroit Chinese Engineer Association, Executive Vice President of American International Exchange Center. She is also a co-founder of Detroit Chinese Business Association. On weekends when Cindy is not working, she like to draw oil paintings and dance.

Paul Gaines Paul is a Detroit native. He graduated from Kettering University with an engineering and finance background. Before jointing the team, Paul worked for 3 major Fortune Global 500 companies for over 12 years with tons of business operating experience. Paul's family has worked on commercial and residential real estate in Detroit for over 5 decades. Growing up as kid, Paul used to witness and help his father to meet with tenants, sign contractors and answer maintenance calls. Paul has strong local connections. Paul also has overseas experience and global vision since he studied aboard in Germany during college and worked in multicultural environment for French and Korean companies for years. Paul is a huge fan of American muscle cars and proud of the Motor City. Paul always patient and willing to help.
