There is a onetime $75.00 non-refundable processing fee for the application. Any adult 18 yrs old or older that will be living in the house will need to be on the application. Print as many applications as you need to in order to send each person information. The qualifications are: Secure income, good rent history, no evictions, no bankruptcies and no criminal records. (If approved - any adult found living on the property that is not on the lease will be charged an additional $100.00 per person per month in rent).


If you decide to apply and get the house, you must also be able to get the power turned on in your name within 3 days of taking possession of the property through MLGW.



We go on a first come basis which means the first application received for this property will be the one that is processed first. That is the only fair way we know to do it since our houses do not stay empty long and most of the time are rented before we even put the For Rent sign out. The only way you will get your application process fee back is if the house is rented before we receive your application.


We do not furnish appliances. They would be the tenant's responsibility.
