Brendon Davis Brendon has been managing rental property for the last 14 years and has gained valuable experience in that time. He is the Chief Marketing officer for DAB 3 Group as well as Chief of Business Development. Brendon is responsible for guiding all applicants throughout the lease process when a tenant is interested in our property including facilitating showings, accepting applications, conducting background checks and working with prospective and current tenants to ensure a successful relationship between landlords-tenants which is the foundation of our company's mission. Austin Davis Austin is the DAB 3 Groups' Chief of Operations/Project Manager and he handles renovations to properties as well as maintenance and repair requests. Austin has extensive experience and knowledge in construction and has established many relationships with vendors in the Capital District. Our apartments are well - maintained and renovated to above-average standards using stylish finishes whenever possible. Our tenants can rest easy knowing that if there is a maintenance concern in one of our buildings, it will be addressed quickly, efficiently and professionally. |
