BEFORE YOU APPLY
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING THE RENTAL APPLICATION.
1. Application fees are non-refundable and charged prior to processing your application. 2. The application fee is $75 per applicant 18 years of age and older. 3. The application process may take up to 5 business days once the application is complete and all supporting documention is provided. 4. Please submit supporting documentation to include a copy of a Photo Id and proof of income/employment. Example: Drivers License & Pay stub showing the last 30 days
Our application process includes a background check, credit check, previous rental history, verification of employment, and income.
1. Income must be at least three times the montly rental amount. 2. Credit score over 600 3. No felonies in the last 7 years 4. No foreclosures or bankruptcy filings in the past 7 years 5. No eviction filings in the past 10 years 6. No unsatifactory references
Once your application has been reviewed you will receive notice by our office. If you decide to rent the unit we require: 1. Security Deposit equal to one months rent 2. Signed 12 month rental agreement 3. Balance of pro-rated rent upon acceptance of keys
