Things You Should Know!
- We prescreen tenants for our rentals before we allow an application to be filled out - application fee is $30 per applicant
- Refundable security deposit (equal to one month's rent) is required at lease signing
- To hold an empty property for a future date-you would have to start lease and pay rent and utilities while it is empty
- Included in your rent is lawn care, pest control and quarterly air filter changes/inspections of property
- Tenant is reponsible for paying and setting up their utilities
- Dogs and other approved pets are allowed - NO CATS - Non refundable pet fee plus a monthly pet rent must be paid and pet agreement signed
The Copia on Moore - our short term/month to month furnished rental
Offering our very spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath/plus separate office furnished townhome just right off I-49 - it is in between the Wedington and Stephen Carr exits and is just 3 miles from the University of Arkansas campus! Great for weekends or even month to month stays - families, traveling nurses or corporate use - we can accommodate you! If for a short term (less than 30 days) you can book it on airbnb or vrbo. If a stay is for longer than 30 days you would book directly with us (to save on fees but a STR/MTM lease is required) or could book through airbnb or vrbo.
