We also offer the Copia Cottage, that is located in the Southern Woods neighborhood which is located just a mile and half from Razorback Road, just West of I-49 off of MLK Jr Blvd and sits at the bottom of Centennial Park. It is available for rent month to month or 12 month lease.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICATION AND TOUR OF PROPERTY:  You must make a total gross income per month of 2 times the asking rent per month and have a credit score of 625 or better. If you don't meet these requirements, you must have a co-signor that does.  These are joint leases (not broken out per room).
