To start, San Leon is a small fishing town surrounded mostly by water, and it's a golf cart community close to restaurants, fishing spots, local stores, parks, and boat ramps. Coastal Haven has the atmosphere of living in a small neighborhood where it's quiet, people and pet friendly, and drama free, it really feels like home.

Plus each lot has it's own fenced in yard! Most RV parks the trailers are so close to each other that you have little space and privacy of your own but here at Coastal Haven each lot has it's own yard fenced in. Now you don't see that in most RV parks!

What else makes it unique is that each lot has it's own storage shed and picnic table. We also have security gates that surrounds the property, security cameras and lights. We have laundry facilities on site for your convenience, 30/50 amp connections and concrete slabs.
