Hazel has over 18 yrs of experience managing properties for investors. Her career started in 2001 as an assistant property manager.  She went to school, receiving her broker's license in 2003, beginning a company managing over 475 units. In 2018 she started CPM here in Columbia, SC, to make your investment be the best.

Rich is a retired Navy Warrant Officer, who keeps the office running smoothly and tip-top shape. He performs Admin duties and keeps the crew running efficiently and effectively.
