Rick Bassett Rick has been managing properties since 1997, he is responsible for working with properties owners, coordinating leasing activities for tenants and ensuring lease compliance for all parties. When Rick is not placing new high quality tenants into rentals he spends his time as a tenured college professor at SCSU, kayaking, rafting, and enjoying his grandchildren. He began with his own properties, and thereafter started Bassett Property Management to bring his experience to help other property owners. |

Jennifer Bassett Jennifer joined Bassett Property Management in 2021 with over 25 years of financial and administrative experience. Jennifer manages the office, our financial systems and most of our administrative functions. When Jennifer is not working on property management, she spends her time volunteering for ST. John's Episcopal church as a co-warden, kayaking, and tending to her vast vegetable garden. |

Rob Baptie Rob partnered with Bassett Property Management in 2016, he brings with over 30 years of contractor experience to the table. Rob leads many of our renovations projects. When Rob is not working hard to renovate and repair properties, he spends his time volunteering for ST. John's Episcopal church as the head of Buildings & Grounds committee, traveling, playing tennis, and being part of a long-standing friendly low-stakes card game. |
