* An online application and a non-refundable $50.00 application fee for background and credit check and income verification (gross income should be 3 times rent amount) is required for further consideration of application. After results are returned the application will be reviewed for approval.
*Approval of pets are on a case by case basis with submission of a pet application and an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet.
*No housing assistance accepted. *Security deposit and 1st month's rent due upon signing of lease. *References and previous landlords will be contacted for referrals. *All properties are non-smoking rentals
