BJM properties, LLC was formed in 2007 to buy and sell real estate in Wayne, Monroe, and Ontario Counties in New York State. Since then, we have rehabbed and sold a few dozen Properties including rental properties we still own. We are still actively engaging in real estate and are always looking to add to our inventory.
