Coming from his own experience of buying, building and investing in real estate, David promises to deliver the level of competence, expertise, and professionalism that he has expected from others. Moving to Texas from California in 2014, David never looked back and joined the crowded field of Texas realtors by joining Keller Williams Realty in Plano where he achieved many Certificates of Excellence such as Top 25 Individual CGI 2019, Bronze Medallion 2018, Several Home Run Awards, Capping Achievement awards, and recognition for Written Volume, Listing Sold Volume, Closed Volume, Top Rookie Listings Sold Volume, Top Rookie Closed Volume. Joining Biggs Realty in December 2019, David expects to build upon his success as well as leverage the reputation, camaraderie and solid platform of technology that only Biggs Realty can offer. He is continuing his success as broker of record for Biggs Realty, by identifying, recruiting and developing top agents. Derick has lived in McKinney, TX since 1988 and experienced the phenomenal growth that has blessed the North Texas area. He is married to his wife, Shannon, and has three children, Austin, Laine and Annalee.

Kenneth “Beau” Brands is the Co-Owner and CEO of Biggs Realty, a technology-based real estate brokerage serving the greater part of North Texas. As the CEO, Beau oversees the company's technology, operations, marketing, and agent development. With unwavering commitment, he has built a successful and fast-growing business with sales production exceeding $120MM in 2021. Additionally, Kenneth founded, "The Apartment Saver", an apartment locating company helping clients lease apartments throughout the DFW metroplex, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Lubbock, and Corpus Christi, TX. While interning for a Dallas based law firm, Kenneth earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. As an Alumni, Mr. Brands has remained closely involved with the University. In one such example, Biggs Realty sponsored the Design Capstone project for two teams of computer science and engineering students at The University of Texas at Dallas. Kenneth had the privilege of leading these students through the creation of a proprietary artificial intelligence software. Mr. Brands has received recognition for his successes by publications such as Forbes, D Magazine, Voyage Magazine and The Dallas Business Journal. His company, Biggs Realty, has been ranked in the list of "Top 25 Residential Real Estate Brokerages In North Texas" by the Dallas Business Journal in both 2020, and 2021.
