Hand over the keys and walk away! Rent is deposited to your account electronically. Owners decide how involved they choose to be.  Service includes monthly status and financial reports, vendor coordination, marketing, tenant screening with background checks and credit verification, lease processing, rent collection, move-in/out reports, maintenance decision coordination, inspections, utilities management, security deposit processing, and financial reporting including tax requirements. 

Tenant placement only

Some owners prefer to manage their own homes but would like assistance finding qualified tenants and preparing contracts. Service includes marketing, tenant screening with background and financial verification, lease processing, and move-in inspection and report. Once your tenants are settled, the whole package is turned back over to you.
