As the Broker/Owner of At Home, my goal with the office is to develop a group of agents that work independently as well as collaboratively so that everyone is successful! My responsibilities include the recruitment and training of agents, sales, property management, and office management, in addition to helping my clients with all their real estate transactions.
I love to work with all types of buyers and sellers from the first-time home buyer, the second homeowner, to the savvy investor! My clients come from all around the world and all different stages of life! The thing I love the most about real estate is being able to help a client make a successful transition to their next stage of life, moving up, downsizing, investing, or simply just moving on! For some, this is an exciting time, for others it is a challenging one - my objective is to make it the best experience possible, no matter what the underlying situation is and I feel honored to be part of their journey.
Nancy Parrett lives in Coronado with her two children, Tyler and Hannah. She is active in the school community and helps facilitate some Special Education and Special Needs support groups. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and chatting with friends.
