We know the benefits of finding a qualified tenant. To do this we have professional photos taken and advertise online through the MLS. Your listing will appear on over 100 websites including Zillow and Trulia. We perform nationwide criminal, eviction, and credit searches. We will verify rental history, income and employment.

Once a qualified tenant has been approved, a custom lease is prepared. From that point on you can expect collections of rents and timely disbursements. Direct deposit is available. There is an online portal that will allow you to see invoices, expenses and income. Monthly statements will be provided for your convenience.

To protect your investment, as your property manager we will make collection calls, post notices and assist with evictions on your behalf. Inspections are performed at least twice a year. We can arrange for repairs and maintenance. Someone is on call 24/7 to address maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Our goal is to make your investment worry free and profitable.
