Beau Brown

I am the Administrator and Franchise Owner for the EXIT Realty Ascendancy brokerage office in Tooele. My background has been in Finance and Home Investing and Rehabilitation for over 10 years.  In 2022, we decided to open up a full service Property Management company as we had been managing our own rentals since 2006 & wanted to help others build their own passive income through real estate investing. I, personally handle the accounting & repair scheduling for all the properties we manage. 

I have always had a interest for Real Estate and the way the markets move, but I have wanted to do more. So together with my wife Mandy we set the goal to open up our own real estate office with agents that are ethical and customer focused with their clients best interest in mind. And in 2018 we met that goal opening our own office of EXIT Realty in Tooele.

When I'm not helping you find your dream home, I run the back office for REACH - Raising Education through Arts, Characters and Heroes, helping keep their accounting records current and ensuring that as much of their funds as possible go back into their school programs and causes.

So with my finance and home rehab background, I will be able to help you find the perfect home for your budget and needs.

I love working with EXIT, this company has been amazing and everyone works together, in each office and a crossed all offices. I love I get to call EXIT my home. I began my career with EXIT in 2015 and in 2018, along with my husband, we became Owners of an EXIT Franchise. I personally handle the contracts, leases, marketing and court processes. 

I am a very social person, who loves to give back to the community, I am the direction of a local 501c3 that focuses on education support, which I have had the honor of helping build since 2013. I am also the proud mother of 3 daughters, so I understand the importance of family.
