About Us

     We own and manage our 60 residential properties including homes, duplexes and apartments.  We've been building, selling and buying homes in Clay County, Missouri for over 25 years.  I've been managing these properties for over 20 years.    We believe that treating our tenants and their needs in a timely, respectable manner is paramount in owning rental properties and maintaining longlasting tenant occupancy.  We have a full time service department to handle all your service requests.
