Aquila is proud to be your locally owned and operated source for quality affordable housing.
We started with duplexes and single-family homes on the northwest side of Milwaukee, and have grown steadily into the Aquila of today. We have single family homes, duplexes throughout the metro-Milwaukee area. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of unit sizes and price points. A customer calling Aquila will find choices of one, two and three bedroom units, and single family homes from two to five bedrooms. Some of our units feature move in specials, which change throughout the year.
