Thank you for your interest in our rental apartments. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for our tenants. To help ensure that we find responsible and reliable tenants, we have established the following minimum qualification standards:


- Income: You must have a monthly income that is at least 3 times the monthly rent. You will need to provide proof of income (bank statements or pay stubs).


- Employment Verification: We will verify your employment status to ensure that you have a stable income source and are able to pay rent on time.


- Background Check: We will conduct a criminal background check to ensure that you do not have a criminal history.


- Credit Check: We will conduct a credit check to ensure that you have a history of paying bills on time and managing debt responsibly.


Leases are signed electronically, and payments are made through our online rent portal. If you meet these minimum qualification standards and are interested in renting one of our apartments, please complete our rental application and provide any additional information that may be requested. This is a very large one bedroom and one full bathroom apartment located in a secure building on N 6th Street in Allentown! The building features security cameras and keyless entry, plus an elevator for convenience. The apartment has been remodeled and features vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and fresh paint. Included in the rent is water, sewer, and trash. Tenant pays for electricity. Parking is an additional $50 for one spot in the lot per month & laundry is additional for $35 per month (both are optional add-ons). Requirements are around 3x the rent in monthly income and credit is reviewed on a case by case basis. Co-signers are welcomed if needed. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with additional fees. 12 month lease term. *Ask about our security deposit program that could give a deposit as low as $250!*
