Prospective tenants are thoroughly and carefully examined, including a credit check, employment verification, previous rental history verification and collection of an appropriate security deposit to protect your investment. Lease agreements are prepared for tenants to sign before occupancy begins outlining specific terms and expectations of the tenant during tenancy. In addition a property checklist is provided to the tenant so that proper documentation of the property condition may be completed. When general maintenance or repairs are required on the property they are attended to by qualified tradesman that are licensed and bonded by the State of Idaho. Assured management will send out a monthly statement of your property. This statement documents your rental income as well as expenditure for the property with copies of all vendor invoices.
