Owner/Manager: James Calvin Harrod James places high quality tenants in available rental properties, co-ordinates all maintenance and service needs, and handles the financial aspects of the business. Otherwise, he spends his remaining time with his beautiful wife Terrey as an avid fan of the Denver Broncos, playing golf, cooking and grilling at home, reading, traveling, and managing his other business activities. A third generation landlord, James bought his first real estate property in 1980, and has about 30 years of experience managing his portfolio of Colorado rental properties. James is comfortable with technology, a hard working guy, and is passionate about the service he delivers to each and every one of his tenants. A Colorado native, James earned his BA degree from the University of Colorado and his MBA from the University of Denver. |
